IDGO (pronounced I’d go) is the UK’s 1st double-sided proof of age, identity and contactless prepaid card for all UK public members aged 18 years and over.

The Case

IDGO is a new product to the market. Their CEO was looking for a CRM platform to assist with the management of their data whilst also launching their product through numerous email campaigns.

They had used previous CRM tools, however they felt they were limited in terms of what they required. IDGO felt that JeffreyAI was what they were looking for.
