Recruitment Consultant

We  are a dynamic fast-growing business that are looking to expand our recruitment division with 2 new positions. As a Microsoft-based technologies company that includes Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Azure and Cloud-Based Services, we are seeing unprecedented growth.

2022 sees greater expansion and we are building the recruitment arm of our business and are looking for 2 experienced and successful recruiters to focus on the MS Dynamics market.

We have a structured career path that will give high performers the opportunity to develop their own team and enjoy uncapped earnings.

Competitive base salary: Dependent upon experience of between £32,000 – £40,000 PA with a commission plan structured to incentivise and push earnings to an OTE of £75,000 and beyond with uncapped potential.

The Role: Full-time, Permanent, and based in our Epsom offices.

Skills required

  • 3 years solid recruitment background, ideally within IT recruitment.

C#.Net and X++ Support and Development Consultant- based in India

In this position you will be working with Microsoft Dynamics for Finance and Operations as well as a web based CRM system with sales and engagements.

We are looking for someone to join us full time, that has a high standard of Business English and that can comfortably can represent Carbon & Finch Ltd in India with our customers around the globe.

You will be engaged on a full time basis in an organisation going through rapid growth, allowing you to grow with the company. The role will initially be working from home however could later turn into an office based job.

If you are ambitious and have a few years of experience in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations including skills in X++ and C#, then we want to speak with you.

Ideally you have worked with repositories such as VSTS or GIT.

Business Development Manager

Carbon & Finch are an established Microsoft Dynamics AX consultancy and software development company with a Blue-Chip client base.

Continued growth means we are looking for an experienced sales professional to join us. This sector of the software and consulting industry is continuing to grow and our plans are to double the size of our business this year.

If you are looking for an opportunity in software and consultancy sales and to develop your career with a recognised team of professionals, then we would like to hear from you.

You must be a seasoned sales professional with experienced in the IT industry, software sales or IT consultancy, excellent presentation skills, be a highly effective communicator with the knowledge and aptitude to understand the sales process and the expertise to successfully steer through complex negotiations.

The role includes:

  • Working with the sales director to agree sales and marketing strategies
  • To achieve revenue and gross profit sales targets
  • To work to an agreed set of KPIs including; number of appointments set, number of outbound and effective calls made, number of proposals and presentations delivered
  • To generate own leads by calling and booking appointments
  • Building a prospect pipeline and forecast

You must have the following attributes:

  • Successful proven track record in B2B sales

Salary: £40,000.00-£47,000.00 basic salary per year

Additional pay:

  • Commission plan – uncapped
